After 7 years in the entertainment field, Louis decided to pursue real estate. He began his new career selling custom homes at a prestigious subdivision in the Atlanta suburbs. There he gained experience in the residential sector of a “green” mixed-use development, overseeing sales of mid-rise luxury condominiums in the prestigious Buckhead district of Atlanta. Upon relocating to Scottsdale in 2009, Louis continued his real estate career at Astria Wong Realty. Over the next decade and half, he gained extensive experience with Coldwell Banker and eXp Realty. In 2023, Louis decided to level up by partnering at MCO Realty where he serves as management in the organization and real estate consultant to his clients.
