We provide a Market Analysis looking at both current conditions and any updates the Seller is considering. The SNIVELY TEAM works with Buyers throughout the Phoenix area to help them find the best possible home in the neighborhood they want to live and work in. Several members of The SNIVELY TEAM are Arizona Natives with extensive knowledge of the different Valley of the Sun neighborhoods to help Buyers find their special homes. We listen to our Buyers so that they find their new home quickly. Once under contract, we help the Buyer navigate the purchase process from start to finish. With the new Loan Processing requirements, we work carefully with the Buyer's Lender to coordinate timing to close your deal On Time.
