Lisa is an Arizona Native and was first licensed in Arizona Real Estate in 1999. After a family move took her across the country and back, she experienced first-hand the unique challenges faced when relocating to an unfamiliar, often distant location and the need for a local expert to assist in the process. It is her understanding of this need that inspires her to approach every relocation as if it were her own, whether that relocation is across the country or across town. Lisa works with relocating Buyers to help them find not just their new home but their new community. For Sellers occupying their homes while selling, Lisa offers, at no additional charge, a staging consultation and strategy for their listing. The staging strategy works with the Seller's furnishings to enhance the presentation of their listing while also helping the Sellers prepare for their move. For Sellers relocating outside of the area, Lisa can refer them to a knowledgeable and experienced REALTOR to assist in the search for their new community. In addition to Lisa’s real estate sales experience, she managed homeowner services at Lake Las Vegas, a high-end resort community in Henderson, Nevada. Services included landscaping, housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge for full-time residents, vacation rental management, and absentee home care for part-time residents and their guests. Her position at Lake Las Vegas afforded her the opportunity to be a local expert, able to assist new and occasional residents with their needs. These experiences also gave her a unique perspective regarding vacation and second home purchases, sales, management, and care. Lisa’s certifications include GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist). She is a member of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, serving on the DE&I and Public Policy Committees and the Board of Directors, where she is the 2024 Chair-Elect. She volunteers for the City of Glendale as Chair of the Community Development Advisory Committee and is a member of the Glendale Womans Club and the Glendale Arizona Historical Society. She writes a monthly real estate market feature published in the Glendale Star and Peoria Times and was voted Best Real Estate Agent in Glendale and the Best of the West in the West Valley reader's poll.
