Hi. I’m Lisa Lehmann, Associate Broker and Division Leader with EXCELSIOR ASSOCIATES at United Real Estate Southern Arizona. In 1999 I began working in the new construction arena in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. In 2003 I began my career as a Realtor and have worked hard to earn prestigious designations such as; Builder Trade-In Specialist (BTIS), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). My clients benefit from my years of valuable industry experience ranging from, residential home buyer / seller representation, new construction (with custom and production builders), to, investor representation, real estate development and building. Referrals from my past clients, industry affiliates, friends and family are the heartbeat of my real estate business. I specialize in Residential New Home Construction and am a member of SAHBA, Southern Arizona Homebuilders Association. I also coach and train real estate agents! I am currently the Director of the Builder Trade-In Program for Southern Arizona. I was born and raised on a farm in North Dakota. I attended college at the University of North Dakota and The McConnell School in Minneapolis, MN. I moved to Denver, CO and worked in the airline industry in the 1980's and 1990's and enjoyed traveling extensively. I have lived in Tucson, AZ since 1997 and have one grown son, who is my pride and joy. I still love to travel and enjoy life with my family and friends. I have built several homes in many different locations in North America. I am a very active and connected community volunteer and am currently Co-Chair of Beautiful Savior Charities, a local charity dedicated to the children and families at Banner Diamond Children's Medical Center.
