Mr. Clementi has 30 years experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Banking industry. In 1997 Mr. Clementi became President and Chief Executive Officer of CNB Mortgage Company located in Upstate NY where he was responsible for the turnaround of a failing mortgage company. He oversaw all sales and operations to include the sale and delivery of loans directly to Freddie Mac. During his tenure he was responsible for maintaining healthy profit margins while avoiding the sub prime mortgage crises along with avoiding the largest mortgage fraud scheme in Upstate New York’s history. In 2003 Mr. Clementi served as Chief Operating Officer of Alpine Affiliates located in Phoenix, Arizona which consisted of Alpine Lending, Alpine Mortgage, Metro Title, Metro Appraisals and Goldmine Lending. He managed over 1400 employees, 27 branch locations in eleven states. Mr. Clementi currently serves as a member on the Arizona Anti Foreclosure Task Force in an effort to ensure that all homeowners are receiving the information necessary to assist them during this difficult time. Mr. Clementi has always had a passion for assisting clients with their financial needs. In 2009 he co-founded Arizona Mortgage Mediation Group now doing business as, Clementi Real Estate Consultants to serve the demand of homeowners who are in financial turmoil with the housing market and banking industry as we know it today. Mr. Clementi served in the U.S. Army and is a Certified Military Residential Specialist. He was recently published in Featured Agent Magazine and recognized as being in the Top 3% of Real Estate Professionals in the United States. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors and West Maricopa Association of Realtors.
