About Lauren

Lauren Wendt is the owner and designated broker of W and Partners, LLC, a boutique real-estate brokerage serving the greater Phoenix, Arizona market.  Before entering real estate, Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in just three years and became one of Arizona’s youngest teachers at age 20. She then completed a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and served in school administration.  Her transition to real estate was inspired by helping her husband with property-flipping projects—what began as a sideline quickly became her passion.  Lauren builds her business on the values of education, service, and relationships. She believes in guiding clients—not just selling homes—and supports both families and investors throughout the buying/selling process.  With W and Partners, Lauren has created a team and culture focused on collaboration and community impact, serving markets across the Phoenix metro including the West Valley and beyond.
