In 1999, Kodi traded her golf clubs for real estate keys, embarking on a new adventure. Recognizing the importance of full-time dedication to her clients, she swiftly transitioned into a full-time real estate agent, leaving behind her golfing days. With her boundless energy and hunger for success, she quickly earned her broker’s license and e-pro designation, amassing over two decades of expertise in the field. Alongside her husband Bill, a former professional golfer turned outdoor enthusiast, and their children, who excel in competitive club sports, Kodi lives, works, and plays in the vibrant Cave Creek community.
