If you can be born to do something, I certainly was. Growing up, my parents had a side business flipping houses. So while the other kids were playing with plastic hammers and screwdrivers I was doing some serious damage with the real thing. Being around so many different kinds of homes instilled in me a deep appreciation and understanding for not just the structures themselves but the lives they help us create. Not surprisingly, as I grew up I was drawn to home investing and remodeling—and was soon buying properties of my own and fixing them up. Getting my realtor’s license was the natural next step. Many of my clients became friends who in turn recommended me to their friends and family. Today, I’m not only a realtor but a broker as well. I know the Phoenix market inside and out—I’ve lived here my whole life and specialize in this area. I am a very experienced negotiator and my working style is straight-forward, no-nonsense.
