Kevin is a former Valley radio broadcaster, Arizona born and raised. Married over 2 decades to Wife Tracy, they have raised 2 great kids. Daughter Hanna is a student at Arizona State University, studying to be a teacher. Son Dallas, a Jazz Saxophone player, is studying music at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. In 2010 he became a licensed real estate agent and found a new passion in life. Eventually, Kevin retired from radio to pursue his new adventure full time and never looked back. He has successfully negotiated as a buyers agent, sellers agent, as well as in new build contracts. As a new home community representative Kevin gained a unique perspective of the "new build" process.
