Hi! I’m Kerry Willie and I am a REALTOR® for Long Realty in Tucson, Arizona. I am also a proud sixth generation Arizonan! I was born here in Tucson, was gifted a beautiful 90’s childhood in San Manuel, Arizona, and moved back as a teenager. I will probably never leave Tucson as it is my home, and I am so grateful to live here. I began my real estate career in early 2021 working as an administrator for the Long Realty Foothills office where I learned the contracts and the market and instantly fell in love with the business of real estate. In 2023 I became the Agent License and Development Coordinator for the company. I learned about agent development and licensing. That was when I decided that I needed to get my license and chase after my dreams. I earned my real estate license in 2023 and officially launched my career as a REALTOR® in 2026. Before real estate, I spent over a decade in the restaurant industry. I learned to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep everything running smoothly— no matter how busy things get. As a parent, I understand how important it is to find a home that truly works for your life. I’m committed to showing up with patience, honesty, and strong advocacy for my clients, whether they’re buying their first home, upgrading, or selling. I grew up swimming competitively and spent half my life on swim team, which taught me discipline, consistency, and how to keep pushing toward a goal. These days, I still enjoy swimming laps to recharge and stay active. In my downtime, you’ll likely find me enjoying a good strategy game—which probably explains my love for thinking a few steps ahead when it comes to negotiations and helping my clients win. Having lived throughout the Tucson area, I bring firsthand knowledge of many of our local communities. I went to High School at Canyon Del Oro and Ironwood Ridge. As a young adult, I lived on the North side of Tucson until I moved to Marana to be closer to work. Currently I live on the Northwest side of Tucson, where my kids go to school, dance, and play sports. My office is in the Catalina Foothills, and I tour homes in the area weekly.
