Loving, FULL time Realtor who works around your schedule. Married for 35 years with three wonderful adult kiddo's. I come from the graphic design world, working for a small news paper in California, it was my job to do design layout and advertisements. Realtors were my biggest customers. I loved putting together ads that showed off their homes for sale, this is when I started to realize I would love matching buyer's with seller's. I believe you have to love the product you are selling in order to give exceptional customer service. Little did I know life was already teaching me the many aspects of the real estate market. We bought our first home, sold our first home and bought a second home. Sold again, moved to Arizona to enable our kids to attend outstanding colleges and universities. I know a thing or two because I have been through a thing or two... Leased a home, bought a 3rd home in a bad market and had a horrible money hungry Agent. Leased our home, evicted the tenant for non-payment and destruction of property and was foreclosure on (due to a balloon loan that we did not quite understand) this lender is no longer in business. Lost our jobs and short saled our 4th home. Filed bankruptcy and have gone through credit repair. My experiences have taught me a lot about Real Estate and how to guide, educate and advise my clients for the best possible outcome. I'm human and I care about what happens to families. Real Estate school alone does NOT teach you real world life experiences, my life has prepared me to be a great Real Estate Agent with exceptional customer service.
