Arizona isn’t just where I work—it’s where I have built my life and my real estate career. Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, I spent more than 25 years in the residential home industry as a custom home builder. That experience gave me a valuable understanding of homes, construction, value, and the importance of protecting a homeowner’s investment. After the construction market changed in 2008, real estate became the natural next chapter for me. Since becoming a REALTOR® in 2014, I have helped hundreds of Arizona families successfully buy and sell real estate. I am affiliated with My Home Group and operate as ModernDayAgent, serving clients throughout Arizona—from the Phoenix metropolitan area and Sun City West to Payson, Pinetop-Lakeside, and the White Mountains. One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been developing my ½% Listing Program. I believe sellers should receive experienced, professional representation without unnecessarily giving away their hard-earned equity. My program includes MLS exposure, marketing, transaction paperwork, and experienced negotiation—with no upfront fee, no fee unless the home sells, and the freedom to cancel at any time. Over the years, this approach has helped Arizona sellers save more than $1.25 million in real estate commissions. My husband, Rick, and I have lived in Arizona most of our lives. After enjoying life in Sun City West on the Stardust Golf Course, we fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning a home in the White Mountains. Today, we call Pinetop-Lakeside home, and I can honestly say that I love Arizona—from the desert sunsets to the cool mountain summers.
