Learning the short sale market and becoming an experienced short sale negotiator, she has successfully closed on many short sale transactions. As a credit to her knowledge and professionalism, Karen has repeatedly been asked to speak on various panels and discussion forums amongst her peers. With the belief that you can never have too much knowledge, Karen continually attends various classes and seminars, and has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) & CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator) designations. She annually receives awards from Realty Executives for her outstanding achievements. Karen is a mother of 5 and a grandmother! Her husband, Brad, Daughter, Kimberli and daughter-in-law, Ashleigh are all members of her team. When she is not out selling homes, Karen enjoys bowling, Bunco, Mah Jongg, going to the movies, working out, and reading. Her addiction to silent auctions demands her to keep her friends close by when she attends fundraisers, and is absolutely forbidden from ever bidding on a live animal again!
