About Julie

Julie Heffern is a full time real estate professional with over two decades of experience, she has built her reputation on her ability to serve her clients. It makes her proud that so much of her business comes from client referrals, those whom she has served knowing that they can trust her and that she will do right by their friends and family. Julie has amassed a wealth of knowledge regarding the Phoenix real estate landscape, qualifying her to meet buyers’, sellers’, and investors’ needs alike. Since 1998, she has operated with passion and vigor as a Realtor, earning many designations and certifications GRI, SRES, SRS, CNE, MRP, SRPS, and NHCB. Julie is an expert listener, so when it comes time to figure out what her buyers, sellers, and investors need in order to be happy, she has all the information that she needs at her disposal. Half of the business that she does is with buyers and sellers from out of state, many of whom have never met her in person but feel confident enough to trust her to act and deal on their behalf. Within the Phoenix area, Julie specializes in the Southeast Valley, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Ahwatukee, and South Mountain. Getting her start in new home construction in 1998, she has watched as the Phoenix area has evolved and grown at a rapid pace. Julie loves this city and this area, and that is another reason that she is able to serve her clients as well as she does. When she tells someone that she knows they can find a grand life here, she means it from the bottom of her heart. Julie grew up in Blue Grass, Iowa, her father a WWII veteran who instilled in her strong values and a tireless work ethic. She also believe in the value of education, and she will pursue it unceasingly, jumping at every opportunity to learn. When she is not busy in the office or in the field, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, who now lives in LA, working out, reading, and going to the theatre.
