About Julie

Julie Grahmann has been a full-time real estate advisor to home buyers and sellers for over 25 years. Her entire career has been spent in the Phoenix Metro area--the neighborhoods Julie has best memorized are in Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Tempe and Mesa. Although she has also helped many home buyers in Scottsdale and even as far as Buckeye! GRI, CRS, CDPE, SFR, ABR, CNE--What does it all mean to you? All of these are indicative of additional real estate education to which Julie has engaged in over the years to prepare her in more effectively serving her clients. Each designation has a required number of classroom hours followed by an exam and concentrates on a specific aspect of real estate. For example, the ABR designation concentrates on effectively representing buyer clients and the CNE focuses on negotiation skills for both sides of the transaction. Julie feels this additional training along with her years of experience better equips her to assist her clients whether they are buying or selling.
