About Judy

I was born in New Mexico and grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona - a true desert girl. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism, I moved to Marin County in 1978 where I was active in the real estate community. Community service has been a cornerstone of my life. I have served on the boards of the Junior League of San Francisco and Marin Advocates for Children, and I have a long history of fundraising in the county. I was an active member of both the Children's Theater Association of San Francisco and Achievement Awards for College Students (ARCS). I donate to homeforahome.org with part of every commission I earn. I have both remodeled and built my own homes, which allows me to understand design elements of a home along with demands of design review, permits and finding the best professionals to assist in the building process. How I Work I have a tireless, patient, and no-pressure approach. I am attentive and responsive. I make things happen based on my clients' needs and time frame. As team leader I use my resources to coordinate the home buying or selling process with other principals, agents, inspectors, escrow officer and lender. I communicate openly at all times with you and use humor to help minimize the stress of buying or selling a home. My Professional Philosophy I am a long time real estate professional with the goal of serving my clients' needs honestly, ethically, and efficiently. I believe in accountability and quality service in a professional and friendly manner. I believe good communication is key to making each real estate transaction a positive experience. My greatest reward is knowing that my clients are happy at the end of our transaction. Professional affiliations include Director Marin Association of Realtors 2011-2014, Arizona, California and National Association of REALTORS®, Marin Platinum Group, Top Agent Network, Women's Council of REALTORS®, Council of Residential Specialists®. I served as the President of the Marin Chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, District Vie President of California WCR and as a director and officer of Marin Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, I am a certified Residential Specialist and a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®.
