About Joyce Lynch

Joyce has lived in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale areas for over 27 years and she loves Arizona! Joyce and her husband raised their children here is the Valley of the Sun, and, as an involved member of the community has been a successful fundraiser for Ballet Arizona, Childhelp, Phoenix Country Day School and was active in the National Charity League and Boys Team Charity. Originally from New York, she is a graduate of Fordham College, Pace University School of Law and George Washington School of Law. As a member (former) of the New York, Connecticut and Florida bar associations, she was an attorney as well as member of the commercial real estate development team at First Boston, then Credit Suisse in New York City. For business as well as for pleasure, Joyce is a seasoned world traveler. Representing buyers and sellers in luxury residences, Joyce has been involved in real estate in many capacities. In addition to her years at Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty, she has worked on the design, development, interiors and marketing of over 200,000 square feet of residential specs at DM, Carefree Ranch Homesteads, Mirabel and Kukio- a prestigious private club on the Big Island of Hawaii. Joyce worked extensively with the renowned architect Bing Hu on the spec homes and sales of those residences exceeded $130 million. Joyce loves real estate in all of its forms and takes pride in assisting her clients sell their homes for the highest possible price and finding her buyers fulfillment in their new homes. Joyce takes a concierge approach to real estate. No question or issue whether it is during the buy/sell process or years later is too small. Joyce has clients over to her home frequently for dinner and spends time with each client frequently years after a transaction closes. Clients have become friends. Friends become clients. Joyce is there for the long term.
