About Jonathan

My dad's first year of Real estate was 1976. I never thought I'd be end up in the family business, but now that I'm here, I can't imagine doing anything else! My first forays into Real Estate (besides going to open houses with my dad when I was kid!) was really in Boise ID, where I started working for a top producing agent. He taught me the meaning of fiduciary and what it means to put your client's interest first. Eventually, my dad (Mike Bodeen) invited me to come work with him and so my wife and I moved back to the land of the sun. My business partnership with my dad has gone better than I could have hoped for! Not everyone is blessed to work with family and I don't take it for granted! In work, my greatest pride is to exceed the expectations of my clients, to get them the best deals possible, to counsel them, and give them a smooth experience! I also absolutely love listings and put a great deal of original thought into how we market our homes so they stand out above the others and get the greatest amount of buyers through their door. I always answer the phone/texts/emails immediately and if I don't it means I'm communicating with another valued client, and I return that call/text/email as soon as humanly possible!
