He has worked both re-sale as well as new home sales for a Chicago based developer who had 3 condo projects here in Metro Phoenix. He is a leader in real estate investing, vacation rentals, and resales, with over 900+ closed MLS transactions with over 310M+ in gross resale transactions and another 400+ transactions as a Sales Manager for the Condo Developer. After the 2008 Market Crash the developer sent him out-of-state to California, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Maryland & Illinois to lead sales seminars to investors and establish referral broker relationships to sell their properties here in Arizona. When the US market continued to decline they again sent him up to Canada to continue the seminars and broker relationships, as this is when the Canadian dollar was at par with the US dollar and Canadians buyers were abundant in Arizona. His clients-first approach drives 80% of new business from referrals. A two-time "Top 40 Under 40" honoree, Jonas leverages technology and strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional results. He and his team have had partnerships with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), AZ Biz Link, Evolve Vacation Rentals, Rentals America, Opendoor, Leaving the Bay Area and Leaving SoCal to name a few. He is also an avid Real Estate Investor owning 7 properties ranging from long-term rentals, land and several multifamily properties, managing 10 Airbnb's he and his wife own here in Arizona, Arkansas and Rocky Point, Mexico.
