About Joanna

I am a hand-holder: I am with my clients through every step of the process whether they are buying or selling. I am older and have life experiences that give me an understanding from buying a new home, settling my parents estate, and now being older and understanding the concerns of people over 65. Many of my clients I have never met in person. They are children, guardians, or executors for someone who has moved or from there home and they are out of state. Clients that need someone they can trust to get a property ready to sell, including working with an estate sale person or mover, making any repairs, and taking care of all of the details from start to finish long distance so that they do not have to return to the property. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: I opened Conde Appraisal Associates 1988 & specialized in west side properties including senior communities. Although I no longer appraise, I am one of a few appraisers that is certified to teach the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2016 and has earned the GRI, SRES, ABR, rCRMS and ePro designations as a REALTOR(R). I have written two books on how a homeowner can raise the value of a home. I work with my husband, Car, whol has been an agent since 2014. He is also a Notary, an SRES, and a MRP Prior to becoming an agent he was a market analyst for over 30 years. Together we strive to give our clients the best information and service available.
