Jennifer moved to Sitka, Alaska with her parents when she was nine years old. Sitka is a small island town, known for its majestic beauty, snow capped mountains and amazing deep-sea fishing. Sitka's tight-knit population of 8500 and 14 miles of paved road also comes with an annual rainfall of 135 inches! Upon graduating high school, Jennifer and her high school sweetheart, now husband, attended Portland State University in Oregon. Another state known for significant rainfall! After graduating cumlaude, Jennifer and her husband moved back to their hometown in Alaska where she began working for an Indian Health Services hospital as a chemical dependency counselor. After nearly 10 years in the counseling field, Jennifer and her family decided they needed a change of scenery and a drier climate. They made the decision to move southwest to sunny Chandler, Arizona. Jennifer has always had a passion for real estate and helping people change their lives and make their dreams come true. She managed her family's vacation home in Scottsdale for several years before moving to Arizona, so the transition into a full-time REALTOR® was not a difficult one. Her first year in real estate, Jennifer would fly back and forth from Arizona to Alaska visiting her husband while he was still working their charter fishing business. It did not take long for her real estate career to explode. During her second year of real estate she was winning awards at her brokerage and out-producing many of the more experienced agents in her office. Last year, Jennifer was the top producing agent in her brokerage and had a sales volume of over 9 million. Jennifer combined her tenacious drive with her "client first" attitude to quickly become one of Arizona's top agents. Many of her clients have also relocated from cold weather climates. This creates an instant common ground and appreciation for the 300+ sunny days a year!
