Jazmin Collazo is the Senior Property Manager for Taylor Street Property Management. Her passion for real estate and commitment to excellence have allowed her to consistently drive profitability and property value while maintaining a high standard of tenant satisfaction. Jazmin came to Taylor Street as a Temporary Receptionist and became a permanent hire soon after. She has held multiple positions since then including Accounts and Leasing Manager, Property Manager and Senior Property Manager. She held the Assistant Business Manager position during the pre-leasing stabilization and eventual sale of the 78 million dollar luxury residential tower, CityScape Residences in downtown Phoenix. She diligently worked to build positive relationships with the residents as well as new prospects. Her career began in the hospitality industry and lasted over twenty years. Most of her career was spent with the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group in both the East and West Coasts. She held positions in the reservations, front office, group and catering sales departments. She was a part of the opening team at the Palomar Hotel in downtown Phoenix in 2012. Jazmin was born and raised in New York City and relocated her family to Phoenix in 2012. She currently holds an Arizona Designated Broker Real Estate License.
