I have been a Realtor since 1995, and one of the great joys in my life is seeing people realize their goal of home ownership. I try to put myself in the shoes of my clients and I advise them as if I were the one buying or selling a home. I realize I am not a principle in the transaction, and I let my client know from the beginning that I am working for them. I try very hard to take the stress out of buying and selling a home but I am aware that a well informed client is a happy client. I realize that surprises can pop up in the middle of a transaction, and I am pleased to say that I enjoy working with some of the most talented, professional and honest lenders, and title officres, that keep surprizes to a minimum.
