I’ve spent two decades in residential real estate, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that people don’t need another salesperson. They need someone who knows the market, tells them the truth, communicates well, and knows how to get a deal done. I’m Jason Fox, founder of Fox Real Estate and co-owner of The Madrona Group, a John L. Scott real estate brokerage serving the Greater Seattle area. Today, my real estate business spans two markets that I know personally: Greater Seattle and Tucson, Arizona. I built my career in Washington, eventually becoming a brokerage owner and building a real estate team recognized among the top-producing teams in the country. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate everything from first homes and luxury properties to complicated negotiations and major life transitions. Then my wife Sarah and I made a major transition of our own, moving from the Seattle area to Tucson. That experience changed the way I look at relocation. Moving across the country isn’t just about selling one house and buying another. You’re trying to figure out neighborhoods, lifestyle, schools, weather, taxes, insurance, contractors, utilities and a hundred little things you didn’t know you needed to know. That’s a big reason I created Fox Real Estate. Today I specialize in residential and luxury real estate in Tucson, Seattle-area real estate, and helping people relocate between Washington and Arizona. I have firsthand experience on both sides of that move and an established real estate network in both markets. Marketing is also a huge part of my background. Long before most agents were talking about digital marketing, I was building real estate websites, creating video, blogging, using social media and figuring out how consumers actually find homes and real estate professionals online. I bring that experience to every home I list. I’ve been recognized by RealTrends among the nation’s top real estate professionals and have consistently ranked among John L. Scott’s top-producing brokers. But awards aren't really why I still love this business. I like helping people make smart decisions. Sometimes that means telling a seller what they don’t want to hear. Sometimes it means telling a buyer to walk away from a house. And sometimes it means putting together a strategy and fighting like crazy to get the deal done.
