Lifestyle home products included condos, residential resort marina homes and waterfront lots, waterfront town homes and Napa Valley vineyard fractional homes. He serves most of Arizona, specifically Prescott, Sedona, Cottonwood/Cornville, Phoenix/West Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Sun Cities, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Cave Creek and Anthem. Prior to forming The Luxury Collection(TM) at BloomTree Realty in Prescott, he spent over 38 years as an advertising, public relations and marketing executive, working for some of the largest advertising agencies, including New York-based Young & Rubicam. Jim is licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. As a Realtor, he is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Prescott Area Association of Realtors (PAAR), The Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors (SVVAR) and the West Maricopa Association of Realtors (WeMar). Currently, Jim serves on the Board of Directors for PAAR. In the past, he served on the Public Relations, Professional Development and Government Affairs Committees of PAAR. A graduate of Ohio University, he earned a bachelor degree in Journalism/Public Relations.
