Committed to My Clients I have been a full-time Realtor since 2004 and a Broker since 2007. My experience as a broker included managing 3 branch offices and overseeing over 500 transactions. Now the Founder and Designated Broker of Locality Homes, I put my years of marketing and negotiation experience to work for home sellers and buyers in the Moon Valley, Central Phoenix and North Phoenix areas. Industry recognition includes being named one of REALTOR Magazine's "30 Under 30" Realtors nationwide in 2012, as well as ranking in the Top 100 Individual Agents in RealTrend's 2017 and 2018 rankings. Prior to starting Locality Homes, I was honored with the "Pro of the Year" award as the top-producing agent for 6 years in my previous office. Committed to My Community My daughter and I are members of National Charity League - Moon Valley Chapter, giving us the opportunity to support many local nonprofits through volunteer hours and donations. I also serve on Arizona Supreme Court’s Foster Care Review Board, reviewing foster care files and making recommendations to the Court for children in out-of-home placement through Department of Child Safety. As the mom of two girls and a former foster parent, keeping kids safe is a priority of mine. Child Crisis Arizona provides an emergency shelter for children in DCS custody or in a crisis situation, as well as foster licensing and community programs designed to strengthen families. I support them through donations, holiday toy drives and various fundraising events over the past 15 years. In addition to Child Crisis Arizona, my other favorite charities are Arizona Helping Hands and Families Raising Hope. I'm always looking for ways to support our local schools by sponsoring sports, band and the arts whenever possible!
