I specialize in helping buyers relocate to the Phoenix and Scottsdale area from out of state. Having moved many times myself, I understand firsthand what it feels like to navigate a major move from a distance and I bring that personal experience to every relocation client I work with. As a Partner and Real Estate Advisor with S4 Real Estate, a Scottsdale-based team affiliated with Compass, the nation's largest residential real estate brokerage by sales volume, I have access to strong local market share, private and off-market listings, and technology that modernizes and elevates the client experience. Our team serves buyers and sellers across Arizona, with a particular focus on North Phoenix, Sonoran Foothills, North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Anthem, Peoria, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and surrounding communities. We specialize in micro-market expertise, thoughtful strategy, and strong advocacy -- supporting clients through real estate decisions with clarity and confidence. My role within S4 blends hands-on real estate advisory work with leadership and performance coaching, allowing me to support both clients and professionals with a broader, more grounded perspective. Originally from the farmlands outside of Baltimore, Maryland, I have happily called Arizona home since November 2018. When I am not working, you can find me at the gym, adventuring outdoors with my family and friends or playing with my two Bernedoodles.
