I've sold homes in Phoenix's West Valley for 15 years, 130 closings and counting, most of them in Surprise, Peoria, Goodyear, Buckeye and the 55+ communities around Sun City West. Many of my buyers are coming from somewhere cold: Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Colorado.
