Fred Struss is a native Phoenician and veteran real estate professional. During his successful 25 plus year real estate career, Mr. Struss has focused his efforts primarily in the Phoenix area. He has represented well over 2,300 buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions. In addition, Fred has managed teams of sales associates as well as acted as Designated Broker for Del Webb and Pulte Homes. As Director of Sales for Pulte Homes, Fred played an instrumental role in the wildly successful award-winning north valley Anthem and Fireside communities. Fred has considerable expertise in residential real estate, including working with buyers, sellers, and investors. He is experienced in resale homes, new homes, fix & flips, foreclosures, short sales and income properties. Additionally, residential clients and private investors have benefited from his expertise in using Self Directed IRAs to fund real estate transactions. Additionally, he has designations of Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist(CIAS) and is a Certified Short Sale Negotiator.
