What I can do for you is much more important than what I have already done. Since 1978 I have been in the real estate business. I started as a REALTOR in Newport Beach, CA. and then in 2003, I moved to Arizona and obtained my Arizona license. Over the years I have received many honors and awards but the important ones are the client referrals I receive. I only work with either buyers or sellers on one side of a transaction to fully give my client my full representation. I don’t represent both a buyer and seller in the same transaction. I do hold the National Association of Realtors SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) Certification as well, and I am certified in Relocation, plus Luxury Homes. I have completed Keller Williams University’s Seller Mastery and Buyer Mastery courses and the highly respected BOLD Program. For Buyers one of my best strengths is knowing the area, where to find the home buyers want and to provide resources and information to assist buyers.
