Faith Vance joined the 3rd Base Realty Group team originally in March of 2010, as an Asset Sales & Leasing Associate specializing in both residential & commercial. After a year long internship in a commercial brokerage, she has returned to 3rd Base with a greater knowledge of the full Real Estate market. Faith is a credible and motivated Realtor estate with over four years experience in the real estate industry and a background in sales and marketing. She is known to thrive in a results-driven environment and has a strong track record in delivering high quality customer service. She continues to educate herself in the ever-changing real estate market by being a local chapter member of CCIM, completing The Commercial Real Estate Training Program through Arizona School of Real Estate, and attending Chamber of Commerce meetings in the West Valley. Continuing Education and area knowledge is a primary focus to give her an edge in the field. In the first year of her real estate career as a residential Realtor, Faith was nominated for her local association’s Top Sales Awards. She thoroughly enjoys the aspect of having a large impact on her local community through her career. By encouraging residential & commercial growth, she feels she can be a positive influence in her community, leaving a lasting impression on a growing area. Faith has become very involved in local charity work, volunteering for New Life Community Center, and being involved in various charitable events as a member of the Arizona Business Women Group. Married to her high school sweetheart for over 25 years, and the mother of 3 wonderful kids (2 boys, 1 girl) , Faith loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys all things sports related, photography, and traveling. Originally from Ohio, Faith and her husband love the Arizona weather and terrain, and spend as much time outside, as possible. Faith’s life goal is to always aspire to be greater than you are today, and to inspire others to do the same. She applies this goal in her career, and everyday life.
