I was raised in Chicago, IL I obtained my Liberal Arts Degree at Ohio Wesleyan University and my BS Degree at Rochester Institute of Technology. I worked as an Applications Sales Engineer for many years at companies like Motorola, Intel, Nikon, Zeiss and Olympus industrial, only to name a few. With the downturn I had to travel Monday-Friday for work and sometimes weekends. My daughter, 6 at the time, said, "Dad, next time you come home, can you leave a picture because I forgot what you looked like?" That catapulted me into real estate sales in about 2004, which was an excellent time to start. Since that time, I have been able to help many investors make deals. I now focus on helping people find a home they can own. Some times its takes 6 months of working with them to fix issues on their taxes or credit, but I feel that my work is about adding value to society, rather than just earning a commission and never assisting the client again. 'Client for life' is what I strive for. Eric has lived in Arizona for more than 20 years. He is married to Kelly and has a son and daughter as well as 3 dogs.
