About Dunia M

Hi, I’m Dunia Federico, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Territory and a proud member of the Silva & Partners team. I’ve called the Yuma area home for more than 30 years, and I truly believe there is something special about this community. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent nearly 30 years working in local government, including with the County Board of Supervisors and County Administrator’s Office. That experience taught me the importance of listening, paying attention to the details, solving problems, and—most importantly—serving people. When I made the move into real estate, I quickly discovered that those same qualities are at the heart of being a good REALTOR®. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers across a wide range of real estate, including new construction, manufactured homes, single-family homes, 55+ communities, and commercial properties. I enjoy the variety that real estate brings. Every property, every transaction, and every client has a different story, and I love helping people navigate the process and understand their options. For me, real estate has never been just about opening doors and writing contracts. It’s about getting to know my clients, understanding what is important to them, being honest about what I see, and helping them make informed decisions. I want my clients to feel that they have someone in their corner—not someone simply trying to make a sale. I’m also fortunate to be involved in leadership and agent support at RE/MAX Territory, where I serve as Director of Agent Solutions. I enjoy helping other agents, contributing to our brokerage, and being involved in the Yuma community.
