About Don

I grew up in the Detroit Metropolitan area, spent most of young adult life in the Midwest, and earning a BS degree in Chemistry, MS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue and an MBA in finance/accounting from the University of Michigan. After completing my MBA, my strong desire to live in the Southwest got the better of me and in 1988 I left Michigan to live in Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Sacramento, Carson City and eventually arrived in the Fountain Hills in 1998. I love the desert with it's sweeping mountain vistas, deep valleys, beautiful display of spring wild flowers, and endless blue skies. Since arriving in Arizona in 1998, I have taken the time to learn everything there is about living in this community. While my formal training are in the sciences, engineering, and business I have always had a passion for art, architecture, and design. It is important to me that the home work with landscape. Whether that home be Spanish Territorial, Spanish Mission, from the Modernist movement or contemporary all of these designs compliment the beauty of our Sonoran home. I know that I know that I can help you find that "right" home to make you love living in the desert as much as I do.
