When asset managers needed help selling the properties they acquired Mr. Cook used his network to purchase, repair, improve, and list the properties for sale. Eventually leading to personal fix and flip properties in the Arizona market. Mr. Cook currently helps others on a case by case basis with their real-estate needs, personally speaking with all potential clients.
