Denise Shawntae was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and moved to place Phoenix Arizona in 2012. She comes from a background of 10 years in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical as well as 2 years in property management and brings general construction to bear when working with her real estate clients. Denise has participated in several community outreach programs as well as Habitat Humanity and has earned real-life experience in that make her uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional; integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing experience, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how she works. Denise entered the Real Estate world to set an example for her daughters that it’s never too late to go after your dreams. She believes failure isn’t an option. She wants to share her experiences, provide better for her family, meet new people, help people accomplish homeownership dreams, and hasn’t looked back. Denise lives in the Phoenix metro area with her twin daughters, 3 dogs and 1 cat. She spends her free time with family and friends, reading, traveling, giving back, and meeting new people.
