About Delman

Delman Woodrum, Realtor, Phoenix Metro area and surrounding communities joined the Lang Group team after moving to Arizona and retiring from the Navy after 24 years of dedicated and honorable service. During his time in the Navy he served as an Administrative Officer and gained experience in management, human resources, personnel security, and financial and operational support. His service included many stateside bases and installations as well as various overseas deployments to include six Persian Gulf deployments and one Afghanistan Security Forces augmentation. His personal experiences in the military gives him a unique perspective and understanding of not only military life, but also the ins-and-outs of relocating, buying, and selling real estate and the financing options available to VA buyers. His understanding of challenges military families face with moving gives him an invaluable insight to provide exceptional real estate services to both veterans and active duty families. Delman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and a Masters Degree in Management.
