Deb is a 1978 graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with a BAs in Biology, Psychology and Physiological Psychology with an emphasis in Sports Management. Her athletic administrative background includes working for the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, and the University of Minnesota. She traveled nationwide showing Percheron draft horses for PetSmart and is very familiar with horses and horse properties. She is a member of the following: WESERV, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Arizona Department of Real Estate and the National Association of Realtors. Deb is active in community endeavors sponsoring a backpack drive for over 15 years, donating to programs that directly benefit domestic violence survivors as well as victims of homelessness. Deb has sponsored children in Uganda through a program Peace for Paul for 15 years. Deb has sat on the board for Playworks and fostered deaf and blind Australian Sheperds.
