I am an associate broker with West USA Realty specializing in residential real estate. I have extensive experience with normal resales and new home sales as well as short sales and foreclosures. As a Certified Residential Specialist, I am a member of the Residential Real Estate Council. Council members represent the top 3 percent of all REALTORS® in the country. I am also a member of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Council which provides me with the tools to meet the special needs of the 50+ real estate market. My husband AJ and I enjoy running, swimming and biking for fun, challenge and fitness. We've completed lots of triathlons, marathons, and many half marathons. Currently we live in northwest Chandler, Arizona "the East Valley." We have worked all over the greater Phoenix area - alphabetically Chandler, Gilbert, Goodyear, Maricopa, Mesa, Phoenix, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale, Sun City, Tempe, and more. AJ and I have owned realt estate in Arizona since the 1970s. We both have an avid interest in photography and high quality camera equipment, so you know if you are listing a home with us, you will have high quality photos to show it off to it's best advantage. My previous to real estate professional experience demanded meticulous attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, top analysis and organization skills.
