As both a resident and professional in the SE Valley of Phoenix since 1986, I bring to the transaction much more than just area expertise. I bring my personal experiences in real estate, home building, remodeling, and financial professions as well. My formal education in Accounting at Nazareth College in Kalamazoo Michigan and later passing the CPA exam provides me with the expertise to not only understand, but to explain and assist my clients with the financial and legal details that are a part of every real estate transaction. I am the former owner of Five Star Curb and Landscape Company and a current principal with Mark of Excellence Builders, a local Home Builder and Remodeler, that has been building homes in the SE Valley since 1998. My experience with both of these companies uniquely enables me to assist my clients in every facet of the residential home market; including finance, design, remodel, landscaping and the various components of new home construction.
