If this is your initial introduction to me, please allow me to give you a brief personal and professional background of myself: I was born in Central Massachusetts and lived outside Greater Boston until moving to Scottsdale Arizona in the summer of 2001. After several winter vacation visits with my wife and three children to Arizona, we found the local Scottsdale/Phoenix environment ideal for our collective desired climate change. Our three children have channeled through the Scottsdale Unified School District including middle school, high school and subsequently through Arizona State University, Tempe (Banking, Nursing, Public Relations). For 23 years in Massachusetts, I was a full time licensed practicing Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker. Upon moving to Arizona in 2001, I transitioned to a full time licensed practicing Arizona Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker. My specific areas of residential concentration include: • Single Family homes of all price points with specific experiences and background in high-end and/or complex single family properties • Small Multi-family residential properties up-to four (4) units • Practical experiences with: cooperating real estate agents, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers, builders, developers, tradesman and municipal/state agencies With over 35 years of residential real estate experience, 12 years of which in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area, my comfort level with Residential Real Estate is very high. My local knowledge and confidence is based on hands-on experiences in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market area which translates into elevated geographic competence relating to the residential market. I am committed to maintaining current awareness of trends and changes in the local market in addition to pursuing educational opportunities needed to enhance performance of real estate duties benefiting the public I serve.
