Credibility, Leadership and Experience Hello, my name is David Brookhouser. I am a licensed Realtor© in the Maricopa County and currently reside in Scottsdale. I assist homeowners and future homeowners, experienced or first time, throughout the Phoenix area in their real estate ventures and quests. Selling or buying real estate is one of the largest financial transactions individuals will do in their lifetime. I am committed to listening to my clients to understand their real estate goals and needs and guide you through the real estate process to achieve those goals. A little about my background, prior to becoming a Realtor©, I spent 30 years in a Fortune 500 corporate environment, where I built longstanding internal and external relationships, negotiated complex contracts and handled high level projects all the while working for a fair and balanced outcome. In addition to business experience, I hold a BA in Business Administration, an MBA with an emphasis in Finance, and an MA in Accounting and Financial Management. Also, I am an NAR certified Pricing Strategy Analyst (PSA), Military Relocation Professional, member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and currently working towards my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. I consider myself a lifetime learner to provide knowledge and excellent service to my clients. I feel an important aspect of my previous business and education experiences that I offer clients is that my family and I relocated over a half dozen times to new states and cities. Each relocation required a sell on one end and a purchase on the other end. I understand the stresses associated with buying and selling a home and working on deadlines. I also understand all the details families have to focus on besides just buying and selling a home, i.e. new schools for children, new doctors, pharmacies and all the other items that keep your family life structure together. I will couple together all my real estate, business, education and relocation experiences to ensure a successful home selling or buying experience for you.
