After graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in marketing and minor in Chinese language, I attended the U.S. State Department's Flagship Program which led me to study at Qinghua University in Beijing, as well as Nanjing University in Nanjing. At these universities, I gained mastery in the areas of Chinese verbal and written communication, as well as attended classes as a regular student in Chinese ancient and modern history. In my youth, I heard from several individuals that Chinese would be a great business language in the future. Therefore, I decided to study it and it just so happens that I really took to the language. I always had the desire of faceting my language ability to an aspect of business. I, thus, gained experience in the EB-5 immigration investment industry in Shanghai, China working with regional centers and brokers throughout the country where I gained priceless on-the-ground knowledge of Chinese and culture and business etiquette. Upon returning to Phoenix, I continued my career in investments by attaining my real estate license. I first began as the VP of International Marketing at Dominic & Co, where I worked with both domestic and international buyers, sellers and investors in residential real estate in Phoenix. After a year at Dominic & Co, I switched to the Your Premier Team at RE/MAX Excalibur. After several years on this team, I moved to Platinum Living Realty in Scottsdale and started my own team, called the Gray Group. We have several team members and staff to support our buyers and sellers. We have broken records in sales with over 10 million in volume consistently for the past two years. In my real estate business, I take every measure to ensure my client's get the property(ies) they want at the price that is most agreeable. Honesty, integrity and service are the core tenants of my work.
