I am excited to be a member of Lanier Real Estate, a full service Real Estate Brokerage in the Phoenix area. My team of professionals is ready to assist you.  I have more than 23 years of experience in the real estate industry including Escrow/Title and Lending. With a wide variety of tools available to me, I will be able to represent both buyers and sellers alike to find the perfect fit.   I possess an extensive knowledge of the Escrow/Title process and know how to represent buyers, sellers, and investors in navigating this critical process from start to close!  I live in the heart of Scottsdale and, as a former resident of Flagstaff where I raised two beautiful daughters, I have both the knowledge of the Greater Phoenix area but offer the small town customer service you deserve. Time spent with my grandchildren (I’ll refer to them as my “angels”) brings the joy to my life. They are very active in activities around town and you may see me out playing “Granny”. In 2011 I checked out as an Open Water Scuba Diver and it has become a passion of mine. I’ve been fortunate enough to go on numerous dive trips throughout the world and have pictures/videos I love to share if you have any interest in the below water “critters”.
