The Patten Team was originally formed by Angela in 2003 and in just a couple years, became the Top Individual Agent Company Wide in 2006 and 2007, and more recently have achieved and maintained being Top Team Agents Company Wide since 2008 through 2013 Chris and Angela have been part of the Cappers Club since 2004 to date, The Patten Team sales ranks them in the top 2% of realtors nationwide. Strict negotiation skills when buying and selling real estate helped The Patten Team reach their biggest goals: Top dollar for their sellers and Great opportunities for their buyers. Since the beginning, more than three quarters of their business has been based off their referrals with 86% of homes sold in 2012 coming from referrals and 72% of homes sold in 2011 being from referrals. The Patten Team also is proud to state they are ranked #42 out of 5,000 Keller Williams Realtors within the Western Region. The Patten Team is a Member of the Agent Leadership Council and are Certified Real Estate Negotiation Experts.
