The recession of 2008 brought new opportunities to acquire rental properties and conduct business as a landlord. With the acquisition of an apartment building (and boosting the value with increasing rents) new horizons revealed an opportunity to purchase a commercial NNN property. Her span of knowledge is immense. Cassandra’s expertise include: - Single Family Home (primary and secondary) - Land for Single Family Homesite(s) - Value Add and Investment Properties - Commercial NNN property acquisition and sales Cassandra has been fortunate enough to obtain her real estate license in Texas, California and Arizona.
