About Carol

I have been in the mortgage banking/real estate field since 1979 and work all areas of Maricopa and Pinal Counties, including Metropolitan Phoenix and all the surrounding areas. Having an underwriting background made for an easy transition into real estate and after working with Re/Max as an agent and then an associate broker for 19 years my husband and I opened our own company, Desert Properties Realty in early 2011. We are members of the Brian Buffini coaching organization and subscribe to the belief that we want to treat people as we want to be treated ourselves. We strive to exceed our client's expectations at every level and as a result of that philosophy we have formed many great relationships with our clients and the end result is that our business is all repeat or referred from our past customers or our sphere of influence. On a personal note my husband and I are both golfers, belong to different golf organizations and have golfed many of the public and private facilities the Valley has to offer. I believe this gives us an edge when working with those clients who are looking for golf properties. We also enjoy traveling, wine country trips, cooking, working out, running and learning all that we can about self-improvement. Education is a must whether it's personal or professionally related. The Valley has been home to me since 1976, and I can be a valuable resource to anyone thinking of purchasing or selling a home in our area!
