About Brian

Brian Gronewold, REALTOR – Brian, a native of Arizona, combines his love for the real estate industry with his passion for helping others. Before entering the real estate business, Brian spent two years at Glendale Community College where he earned his Associates Degree and won a NJCAA National Championship with the football team. His time with the Gauchos helped him earn a full athletic scholarship to play for and attend the University of Missouri S&T. Upon Brian’s return from Missouri, he completed his undergraduate studies at Grand Canyon University by earning a bachelor's degree in Applied Management. Brian’s love for the real estate industry started when he bought his own house and he realized firsthand the tremendous benefits of owning a home. He decided to become a real estate expert full time in early 2016 and hasn’t looked back. He is currently assisting buyers and sellers on a daily basis through The Pruitt Team and West USA Realty. Brian’s business is built on communication, dedication, determination, and trust – and just like the evolving real estate market, when the market changes, Brian changes. His commitment to adapting and catering to all of his client’s needs prove he is the man to get the job done. A lover of all things Arizona, Brian lives in Surprise with his wife Ashley and their beautiful daughter Brylee.
