My career has been built on a foundation of expertise, having worked with a startup short-term rental/Airbnb company that scaled to manage over 1,000 properties. During this time, I not only managed operations but also worked closely with investors to help them navigate the acquisition and sale of investment properties. Originally from the small town of Yuma, Arizona, I decided to branch out to Scottsdale to expand my horizons and gain further experience in the dynamic real estate market. This move has provided me with invaluable opportunities for growth, allowing me to work in a more fast-paced, competitive environment while deepening my expertise in residential and investment properties. In May 2023, I transitioned back into selling real estate full-time, joining a prestigious boutique brokerage in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. There, I had the privilege of working alongside, learning from, and representing a major investor/builder specializing in property flips and new builds to raise the standards and enhance property values in the immediate area. I played a pivotal role in the success of the company by working closely with the foreman and architect on a variety of hands-on tasks essential to the project’s success. My ability to step in and manage these critical tasks allowed the team to focus on their core work, while ensuring that every project stayed on track and met the highest standards in residential sales. My comprehensive experience across various facets of the real estate world allows me to provide my clients with exceptional service, whether they are buying their dream home, selling a property, or investing in real estate opportunities.
