About Beth

Elizabeth "Beth" Taylor represents buyers and sellers across North Scottsdale, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley, with a practice built on strategy, positioning, and negotiation. She entered real estate in 2009, the year after the market collapsed and most agents left the business. That market didn't hand out easy deals, so she learned how to create them. Over nearly two decades she built her career as a top-producing agent, team leader, and broker-owner in Buffalo, NY before bringing her practice to Arizona. What that stretch taught her is that the difference between a good outcome and an exceptional one is more than effort. It's decisions. Positioning is a decision, not a default. Most of the leverage in a transaction is won or lost before the first offer is ever written, which is why Beth's work starts well ahead of the listing going live. Every one of those choices lands on the closing statement, and she'll show a client the math before they commit to a strategy, not after. Beth also trains and speaks nationally on strategy, listing presentation, and negotiation. Her clients are working with the practitioner other agents learn it from. She holds an active Associate Broker license and brings the same standard to a first condominium in Scottsdale that she brings to an estate in Paradise Valley.
